Golden Chain Tree (Laburnum watereri) - Yellow pea-like flowers hang in pendulous clusters up to 18 inches in length in the spring.  The dense upright habit makes this a good shrub border or for use near buildings.  Wonderful specimen tree.  Hardy  to -20F (-28.8C);  Height: 10-25ft.
