meconopsis  China Blue (Meconopsis betonicifolia) Annual or Biennial;  Hard to find variety that prefers cool weather and rich moist soil.  Good variety for the Pacific Northwest and other locations that experience cool, moist summers.  Blooms are azure blue and resemble poppies.  Spectacular show.  Full sun to partial shade; height:40in.
