Zaluzianskya capensis is an annual herbaceous plant native to South Africa beonging to the Figwort family, Scrophulariaceae.  These heady scented night blooming plants grow 6-12 inches tall and have linear or spoon shaped leaves and large maroon buds which open to five lobed white blooms.  Also known as Night Balsam, Star Balsam, Night Candy, Night Phlox or Midnight Candy.
