Angelica - Angelica archangelica - Hardy Biennial/Perennial - Medicinal, culinary; Celery-like herb best known for its candid stems and mild, licorice flavor. This relative of the parsnip has huge umbrella-like palmate leaves and greenish-yellow flowers. Also used medicinally as a digestive aid. Full sun or partial shade; plant height: 5-6ft.
