RICH FARM GARDEN WILL TRADE WITH ANYONE, BUT WE DO NOT ACCEPT SEEDS, PLANT MATERIAL, OR ANIMALS FROM UNREGISTERED VENDORS  For more information on becoming registered with Rich Farm Garden to provide seeds, plants, or animals see Vendor Registration below. 

First step to requesting a barter trade is to select the items that we will provide to you in this trade from our catalog, or merchandise that you have seen in our store or on our sales lot.  Put this in an email, be sure to use our catalog number when applicable, complete descriptions, and quantities desired.
Secondly, put in your email:
A complete description of what you have to trade.  Attach pictures if possible.

In Store Trades
Bring a picture ID.
Make an appointment. (When we can, we will respond to your email by setting an appointment for you to bring your item in for us to see.  We may not make trades during all business hours, so if you surprise us, we may or may not be ready to trade.  Make an appointment before bringing farm machinery.)

By Mail Trades
If we can, we will make an agreement with you by email.
Goods sent to us in trade should be sent by insured mail.
If we receive goods that are significantly not as you described, we may require you to fund postage for its return.  If you are not willing to do this, do not send it.

Vendor Registration
You do not need to register to bring cash or hardware goods in trade. 
In order to register to provide seeds, plant material or animals to Rich Farm Garden, first send an email to make an appointment for a personal visit to our store. At this first meeting we will cover some of the practices, capacities, and products that you may be able to provide, and we will arrange our visit for inspection of your farm.
